NewEra 3.0 TE1 - Window Painter default connect to DB.

Hi all, Just managed to connect to our remote Standard engine 5 database through window painter on SCO Unix. Un-fortunately, each time I load up window painter I have to connect to the database manually. Can I auto connect to a default database? Our make it prompt with options to connect to databases? Also, application builder. I'm a bit lost. Can create a project but to compile a WIF I've just created seems to be beyond me. Can anyone give help for a "HELLO WORLD" example.
