Machine for informix

Hi, I have to choose right machine for informix server. Situation is exceptional. dabase increases about 150K records every 12 hours after what is deleted. It works about 10 threads which nonstop inserts and updates records. besides from this about 20 users works on the same database (very often updating records). Whether you would be able to advise which machine could hold this? (how much processors, ram etc..) and which version of informix would be applicable. Operating - system: SCO Preferred hardware: x86 Thanks

DGUX is a robust enterprise class UNIX and we have been very happy with our DG servers. Art S. Kagel
