Help building indexes

Hi all, A little while ago, I posted asking for help in loading a table with 20-50 million records. Many of you replied to me and your responses were very helpful. However, I neglected to ask the most important question... How do I build the indexes quickly? Loading is fairly quick using "load from ... insert into ..." But building the indexes takes HOURS. Any ideas?? Thanx!
