You could use the Unix command 'tee' to capture the input to a program in a
file and then run that file from a shell using some form of loop.
$ tee <filename> | fglgo <progname>
On end of input use ctrl-c to exit.
Then in another script put
echo 'string from the original file'
Then just run that script. If you do a number of them representing the most
used modules you can then kick of loads of scripts, simulating lots of
users.
Alternatively you can create some sql's in scripts and feed them from 'data'
files again using some form of loop.
