This does depend to a large extent on the knowledge of your development and support people. If they know Unix I would go for that. If they are Windows NT people only (or mainly) that's probably the best option. This does of course assume that scaling beyond the size, number of users and so on that Windows NT can comfortably support isn't an issue.
