Transfer from Informix to Oracle?

Hi, The application that we work on supports multiple database servers (i.e Informix and Oracle). I'm inquiring to see if there are any utilities out there which could export an Informix database and format the output into something Oracle can read for an import- the opposite (Oracle to Informix) is also desired.
