HELP - Dynamic SQL Engine

Any help is greatly appreciated: Scenario: Input parameters in the form of a binary tree which contains all the necessary parameters for the WHERE clause. Goal: Need to parse this tree to build the SQL and execute the SQL and return results to the calling program. What's the best approach/tools for building this dynamic SQL engine. thanks Ashi
