Based on last years turn out at this gathering it might be a good idea to inform the management of said establishment that the hordes are going to descend and give approximate times. It might also be good to pick an establishment which does not a lot of other trade - of course any establishment which caters to the convention center, and there are bound to be 6 or 12, is not going to have a lot of other traffic anyway. cheers j.
