TMPDBS on HP-VFS

OK Guys.... In the past I found that DBTEMP on UFS was faster than raw DBSPACETEMP. (On DG/UX and 7.13). So which do you reckon is actually going to be quicker on HPUX10.20 with all new improved VxFS? ie: VxFS temp space or raw? (I know Informix will recommend raw, but which one is actually better in practice?? (VxFS blocksize can be varied)). Anyone have any hot tips specific to a K450 dual CPU install ? Anyone discovered any undocumented features I should be aware of?!
