Not really. Is there not an oninit, tbinit or sqlexec process running
somewhere?
In general, dbschema -d <dbname> -t <tabname> should give you what you
need on the schema and the dbaccess command allows the use of the UNLOAD
statement with a SELECT to unload a set of data.
If dbaccess doesn't work, try isql -q .
Alternatively, dbexport <dbname> will unload the entire database into the
current directory.

A better set of documentation on IDS can be found in the new "IDS
Information Center" at
http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/ids9help/index.jsp. It's a
great set of docs, and even Google will turn up hits from it.
