The 8 Yuan per USD conversion rate is about right, but your arithmetic
is wrong. The Oracle RAC benchmark price was 1321 Yuan to DB2's 69
USD.
Oracle RAC only delivered half the performance of DB2, and its
price/performance ratio was 2.3 times more expensive.
