RE: Gary Speaks!

IDS = IMS "On one hand Informix is dramatically improving. Every fix pack is loaded with new features." We had major swap memory issues with HP-UX and 11.5FC4. They fixed it in FC5. We installed FC6 and guess what? The same old swap memory problems are back... Yup, those fix packs are loaded. Not to be outdone.... Microsh1t is holding us hostage on a nasty problem that they have a fix for but they want 25K from us before they give it to us. Last night I taught my Culinary students how to properly sauté ribbons of squash, in a non-stick pan. That was frustrating too. --- On Thu, 2/4/10, Ian Michael Gumby <im_gumby@hotmail.com> wrote: > From: Ian Michael Gumby <im_gumby@hotmail.com> > Subject: RE: Gary Speaks! > To: "Jerry Hamilton" <bigdaddyjerry@yahoo.com>, informix-list@iiug.org, theharlequin36@hotmail.com > Date: Thursday, February 4, 2010, 8:33 PM > > > > > > > > > Date: Thu, 4 Feb 2010 14:56:21 -0800 > > From: bigdaddyjerry@yahoo.com > > Subject: Re: Gary Speaks! > > To: informix-list@iiug.org; > theharlequin36@hotmail.com > > > > I'd drink piss before I drank another drop of IBM > Kool-Aid. > > > > You're right.
