Database monitoring

Hi folks. I have been looking for a Informix database monitoring tool for NT 4.0 . I heard about Rx4 product. Has someone ever heard about that tool. This tool is also mentioned in IIUG Forum 98. another questions is: can onperf (for X-Windows, Motif) utility applicable to NT server somehow?
