Onarchive problem

I have an intermittent problem with onarchive's continuous backup. A continuous backup request is submitted when the server boots up. Usually, it will run without incident until the next re-boot (usually a week later) but, sporadically, it will just cease running for no apparent reason. My logs would then fill up if I wasn't running a regular job to check for this. Informix Tech Support have no ideas and can't reproduce the problem, which doesn't surprise me, because I can't either!
