How to set DATETIME ENV variable???

I have 2 date fields one with type DATE and another with type DATETIME. I set environment variable export DBDATE=DMY4- for DATE field type how to set for DATETIME that the date is of format DD-MM-YYYY HH:MM:SS ? I should be able to set it globally like DBDATE. Is there any variable available like this??
