But then maybe brand has improved over the years. :-) In earlier versions, brand complained (and failed) if it found an already branded file -- I think this still happens with the 5.0x version, though I've not verified that recently. In later versions (meaning 6.00 and above), brand does not care if the file has already been branded. I've not checked whether it leaves the old brand alone or overwrites the old one with the new.
