The JDBC driver does not look at your environment variables, look at
the online documentation about connection URLs. It states in there
that the jdbc driver can only see environment variables if you pass
them thru the connection url. It also lists environment variables
that it accepts. You can see from that list in doc/release/program.fm1.
html#108471, that DBPATH is not an environment variable it knows.
Which means the 1.22 JDBC driver can only work with SE databases in the
connecting user's home directory.
