Each server sees the CPUs separate from the other configs, SO you can make all three environments (3) CPU machines. PDQ is a separate issue. You may want to turn off PDQ on the large machine, and turn it on for the other two, since PDQ jobs always have a lower priority than non-PDQ jobs.
