dbserveraliases
I am trying to set up a dbserveralias but I get the following error:
oninit: fatal error in initializing ASF with 'ASF_INIT_DATA'
flags; asfcode = '25507'
My sqlhosts file:
t5_online onsoctcp host t5_online
t5_tcp ontlitcp host t5_ol
My /etc/services file:
t5_online 1556/tcp # used for TCP connection to database
t5_ol 1560/tcp # used for TCP connection to database
My onconfig file:
DBSERVERNAME t5_online # Name of default database server
DBSERVERALIASES t5_tcp # List of alternate dbservernames
Does anyone know why this doesn't work? What am I doing wrong?
I am running IDS Version 7.22
