Hi Informix Users, after installing Visionwares SQL-Retriever i had Problems with Columns of Type MONEY or DECIMAL. Selecting the "orders"-Table of the Demonstration-Database "stores5" (INFORMIX-SE 5.01) was ok, but if there was only 1 row or more in this table, ODBC (MS-Access or SQL-GOLD from the Retrriever) couldn't get the data from the table. Error-Message: ODBC-call failed.[Visionware][ODBC Driver][Informix]Not a valid number This message vanishes if i delete all rows from the table. I tried this example on my PC at home, using the same configuration: SCO-UNIX 3.2 release 4.1 Informix 5.01 SQL-Retriever Because everything at home is much nicer than at work, under THIS circumstances ODBC could read the whole table "orders" from the stores5-DB. Has anyone encountered this before? Thanks in advance.
