Unable to open MultiPage Tiff file

I am not able to open an multipage tiff file Loaded from Informix(7.0) table. In the table I have docId's with Multiple pageid's each pageid consisting of one image. I am making use of loc_t structure(ESQL/C),with the following options. loc_t1.loc_loctype=LOCFNAME loc_t1.loc_fname = "img.tiff" loc_t1.loc_oflags=LOC_APPEND I had created a cursor for Pageid's for each docid.And use the select statement to fill in the loc_t1 structure like for (;;) { $fetch pgidcursor into $pageid; $select img into $loc_t1 from tpages where pg_id = $pageid ( local variable for cursor) } I checked the file size, its showing the total size of all the pages, but when I try to view it, I am able to view only the first Page. Does Informix supports the viewing of multipage Appending of a Tiff file? Any help Would be greatly appreciated.
