Database Job Scheduler

Hi, we are looking to replace Maestro Job Scheduler - IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler - program that enables scheduling and monitoring 'batch' jobs automatically by processing prepared job control language statements. Can you tell me if you are using some other Job Scheduler and what are your experiences. What we need is to be able to: - put together and centrally manage cross-enterprise workloads - automatically run batch jobs - get real-time alerts and user notifications in case job fails - be able to set job dependency Job scheduler should be supported for Sun Solaris and Windows.
