Question Regarding Rollbacks

Greetings, IDS 9.40 FC8 HPUX 11.11 I have a psoft consultant onsite (obstacle lover...ugh!) that is having a hard time with rollbacks. He launced 2 separate alter tables followed by an update statement in the same transaction. The 2 transactions filled ~77 logs in less than 5 mintues. The rollback is now in it's second hour. Yes, both trans rolling back. Does anyone know if there is any issues/bugs relating to rollbacks in this version? Other than banning the consultant from using my systems, does anyone have any known bugs/insight as to why it is taking so long? I tried to explain it but would like to have someone probably explain the same thing. Thanks
