Count up from the bottom. With page length 72 and 5 line bottom margin if you have 2 lines of page trailer they start on line 65, 5 lines will start on line 62 (except on the last page if you also have a report trailer that goes below the page trailer). The trailer does not go off the bottom of the page, data is shifted to another page to make room for the trailer, unless the trailer is bigger than a page or the NEEDS clauses prevent the data from being shifted (ie NEEDS 65 and 10 lines of headers and trailers).
