Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.

I want to drop a chunk from a dbspace. I've done this before with
`onspaces -d` and giving the path to the chunk I want to drop. But
closer reading of the manual has confused me.
In my Online 7.2 Administrator's Guide, pg 39-53, referring to `onspaces
-d` it states that the "-p" pathname is to "the *initial* chunk of the
blobspace or dbspace you are dropping". Is that right??? If I indicate
the initial chunk of the dbspace, aren't I dropping the first chunk?
There's no place else on the command line to indicate the chunk to drop.
Is it me or is this badly worded? It seems to me that this wording
could lead someone to inadvertently drop the wrong chunk, if they were
following the instructions carefully.
