I should never say only... only say never. You're right the BEFORE GROUP OF statment along with the sometimes unknown semicolon will work. BEFORE GROUP OF person_id PRINT COLUMN 1 person_id; The newline will be supressed so that the next PRINT will be on the same line. It's been some time but I seem to remember not liking GROUP BYs. It was too slow or something, at least using aggregates like SUM was.
