CDR uses the CDRID to replicate, not the IP address. The
CDRID is the 'i=3D' field in the sqlhosts options column. As long as you make
sure that your sqlhost files have the proper mapping, then changing the
network, the ip address, and/or the port numbers should not impact CDR.
Also, CDR only cares that the connection is some form of a TCP connection.
