Incompatibilty between I-Connect 2.30 and IDS Personal Edition?

Hi, I tried to install the new Client SDK with the new I-Connect version 2.30 on a WIn98 machine. On that machine also an IDS-Personal edition is running. After installation of the SDK I can't install (through Setnet32) informixservers. In Setnet32 I get the message "Could not open the registry". How can I solve this problem?
