Monitoring documentation

Hello all, I am trying to document things that need to be monitored on our database (7.30.UC3 on HP-UX 10.20) and I am wondering if anyone has any more suggestions for things to look at. Here is what I have so far. Locking number of currently held locks - (onstat -u) locks with waits (onstat -u) ovlock increase.(onstat -p) locks held excessive amount of time (onstat -u) Logging Logical logs filling up (onstat -d) Physical logs filling up (onstat -d) LRU usage (onstat -R) Shared Memory Read/Write Caching percentage low (onstat -p) FG Writes (onstat -F) Checkpoint waits (onstat -p) Read Ahead usage (onstat -p) Buffer Waits (onstat -p) Checkpoint duration (onstat -m) Checkpoint frequency (onstat -m) Virtual Segments being dynamically added. (onstat -g seg) Table spaces number of extents (oncheck -pe) I/O Balancing (onstat -dD) DBSpace utilization (onstat -dD) VPs AIO VP usage high/low (onstat -g iov) Number of Cleaners ( = #LRUS) CPU VP usage high/low (onstat -g glo) Archiving Backups done? If you have any suggestions/additions I would be grateful to hear them. I may not have these classified properly. Feel free to suggest a different or new category if I am in error here. Once I have completed my documentation I would be glad to post it if anyone would be interested. TIA James
