Informix Support Prices - Why such a BIG increase???

Just received our tech support agreement (32 user license) for renewal and the $3529 price tag has been increased to $4080 - that's a 15.61% increase within one year! WHY? I don't see any substantial increase in product or tech support that would justify such an increase. Inflation wasn't that much; so, what gives?
