How to see user's activity

Dear All In informix 11.50 I have created multiple user nierjesh(having connect privileges) kd(having resource privileges) sohit(having dba privileges) now i want to see all the activities(like dabase query,database changes etc) performed by these users. please guide me to track the user's activity. thanks in advance.
