CDR api Demo on NT

Hello, Did anyone managed to compile the cdrapi demo programs which were supplied with the SUN 7.23 version (or any other UNIX version)? I need these programs in order to implement commandline CDR managment for one of our customers. This programs uses getopt() which exists in the UNIX stdlib but not in the NT msdev, and NTAuthProcessInit() which can't be found anywhere in the msdev includes. It seem strange since most of these calls appears within #ifdef NT... Any help is apreciated!
