I track Informix and I'm still hopeful. The reason NASDAQ started delisting procedures was because they haven't filed a 10-Q for Q2. The reason they haven't filed the 10-Q is because they're restarting revenue from 1995 and 1996, some revenue which was recognized (under the old regime) in those years may be recognized this year, and they can't file the 10-Q until they figure out what revenue can and cannot be recognized in the quarter. This also applies to Q1 and the current quarter. The big issue I see for Informix is a) cash flow and b) marketing. In order to conserve cash they have reduced sales and marketing expenses, at least until the end of the year. But without effective sales and marketing I think it's going to be difficult to get significant positive cash flow.
