SNMP configuration

I am trying to monitor an IDS9.40 instance with HP OVO using SNMP. I have run the runsnmp.ksh script and now have the following processes running: root 25857 25854 2 Feb 22 ? 94:11 onsnmp -norion_prod_shm -k5 -p5 -l/tmp -g32 -r4 informix 25854 1 0 Feb 22 ? 0:00 /opt/home/ids/bin/ onsrvapd The HP OVO configuration is outside my control as it is handled by the third party hosting our hardware. Unfortunately, they are not familiar with Informix and I'm not familiar with OVO or SNMP. Have I done all the config I need on the Informix server? What config can I expect to be required on the OVO side? Furthermore, is the OVO Smart Plugin for Informix required? Any help much appreciated.
