Simple Perform (under 2.10) question.

I have a question about using forms under an older version of Informix (2.10.00B). This is probably something simple but I thought I'd toss it out and see what people think. I have (basically) two tables: TblA: EntryNumber : Serial; { Index } ..... Attachment : Char(1); { Y/N } end; TblB: EntryNumber : Integer; { Index } .... TextCrap : char(255); { Yacky-Yack. } end; The way they live in the database is that there's always an entry of type TblA and there MAY be one or more TblBs that go with it. The TblA.Attachment field is trivial, it only says if there is an entry from TblB attached to this record. My problem lies in doing a query on the screen for TblA so that if I pull up entry for TblA that any attachments that are in TblB which go with TblA's entries come up too. I'm not lucky enough to have the embedded sql stuff or this'd be a breeze no doubt. I guess I envision it as: A(1)---+---B(1(1)) | +---B(1(2)) A(2)-------B(2(1)) A(m) A(n)---+---B(n(1)) | +---B(n(2)) | .... | +---B(n(m)) Thanks in advance to everyone who's offered help here before, you've given me a good education! :) -- << MCT >> mtiernan@world.std.com Michael C Tiernan.
