oncheck and 7.11 UC1

We are facing a strange behavior in oncheck -cI in 7.11 UC1. We recently moved from 7.10 UC1 to 7.11 UC1 and on running oncheck -cI <database>, an af.<xyz> file is created in the DUMPDIR, with the following entry "Cannot create session for oncheck: index checking" for each table oncheck attempts to check the index. The mlog does not have any mention of this nor there is any assert failed involved. Even the UNIX command prompt from where the oncheck is run does not display any problematic message. oncheck does take the same amount of time for checking the indexes, as it would in 7.10 UC1. oncheck was attempted in Quiescent as well as OnLine mode, with same results. Wonder if anyone has any feedback on this ..... Thanx, Vikram
