Your suspicions are correct. There is a partial checkpoint recorded in
the log. The checkpoint complete record was apparently lost when the
engine or the machine crashed. You will have to call tech support so
that they can zero out the problematic log record. Sorry no one is
likely to give you tbzero as it is supposed to be for support only.
