Informix DATETIME won't display correctly under VB4

I'm working on quick prototype using VB4 connecting to Informix Online 7.1 via Intersolv ODBC driver. Problem is that when I try to display Informix DATETIME type using VB4 data control, data control gets displayed in wrong time/format. ie. when Informix DATATIME is 8:00, when I grab under VB4 from the database it display as "11/12/1111 4:00:00 PM". Any Ideas? Do I have to format the datetime coming from Informix? I'm not expert in VB so I probably missing something. Here is my code. Informix field "check_in" Column Name Type Length Index Nulls check_in datetime Hour to Minute Yes VB code: historyDB.RecordSource = "select * from history" historyDB.Refresh ' check_TB is a Text Box check_inTB = historyDB.Recordset("check_in") Results in VB: check_inTB= '11/12/1111 4:00:00 PM' Thanks. -Yung-
