Custom fglgo error number 23102 (Memory Alloc..)

I've recently upgraded my Solaris 7 box to IDS 7.30.UC7 and am trying to create my custom runner... (With Fourgen c library..) When executing the runner I receive a message... "-23102 Memory Allocation Failed During Locale Processing" (CLIENTLOCALE,SERVERLOCALE,DBLOCALE are all set.) Any ideas? Any help? Richard Walther richardw@dairymans.com
