code generation in 4gl

I have been trying to get a copy of the 4gl toolkit by michael harold that i read about in Informix Systems Journal summer 96. It seems like it would be of great help to me because my company is currently converting to Informix and I am the only one who is doing the 4gl programming If this cannot be found any other toolkit would be of great help. please respond to my e-mail address because I don't have much time to check out comp.databases.informix.
