The bugs I mentioned are either fixed in 7.2 or were not reproducable.
Also, did you try to drop the temp dbspace, reguardless of what the
book says? I am fairly certain that since it is a temporary dbspace
we will let you drop it even if it's chunks are inconsistent. It
might be worth trying in the future to avoid having to do the
dbexport/dbimport.
