4.0 vs 4.1 difference noted

Netters, In forms 4.0 version you can do INCLUDE=("", VAL1, VAL2, VAL3...) this will allow either a null entry or VAL1, VAL2, ... in 4.1 the same statement will require an entry for that field. (keyword NULL doesn't do it either) Makes me very angry.
