Re: Strange Informix error

Thanks for everyone's help. I tried the various commands that were suggested and the answer was deceptively simple: I was looking at a *view* in one database based on a table in another database and that table's structure had been changed. Anyway, I've discovered some new Informix utilities that will help me in the future, so for me it's been good learning exercise. Thanks again everyone for all your help.
