Because I understand the problem, and I can't imagine a solution even without
having to deal with the technical details...

I have a customer (the usual one ;) ) that would like to do this for some
operations... Like:
- You want to delete a significant part of a table, so sometimes can be more
efficient to load the useful rows into a new table and then drop old/change new
to standard/rename new to old
- You need to create a new table and load data into it...
