Installation of Newera Application

Hello! We have developed a NewEra Application .We have built it as an EXE and different dlls. How should we install it at our user's place i.e. what are the run-time dlls and how to get the link between server (Informix-SE running on SCO) and client. As user won't be having newera installation what are the runtime dlls neccessary.
