Fourgen form generator

As a couple of people have already mentioned, it gets pretty convoluted when you want to do something outside of the scope of what the generator produces for you. Fourgen uses "trigger" and "extension" files to allow you to selectively modify the generated code. "Patch by design" I call it, and I think its pretty distasteful. Hard as hell to maintain.
