This was for some government agency. That I don't remember. Hard to imagine that they could fill this position. If you watch the ads you'll see a lot of these from state/local governments. They seem to ask for LOTS of experience which suggest that this ONE person must do EVERYTHING for NOTHING. But when the BOSS, who does nothing, only makes $50,000 its tough to get higher. -- Michael J.
