Re: User's conference - handout

Fine makes sense. Yet are the going to advertise (maybe even here) how to obtain the CD if you did not attend? I think they would get more out of those who did not attend, since those who went already have copies of the handouts. Also just in case you can not answer the above questions, then those who attended when they send you a mailing or whatever concerning the handouts on CD from the conference, how about posting it to the Informix list? kerry@kcbbs.gen.nz on 08/04/97 04:46:28 AM Please respond to kerry@kcbbs.gen.nz To: informix-list@rmy.emory.edu cc: (bcc: KENDRICKS CHERYL/HEB45) Subject: Re: User's conference - handout In article <5rob2e$qa6@cssun.mathcs.emory.edu>, KENDRICKS_CHERYL@heb.com ("KENDRICKS CHERYL") wrote: > >It would be nice if they made all the handouts available for downloading. >This was mentioned earlier this year in the list. If everything was available for free download the incentive to attend the conference would be greatly reduced, so I can understand Informix NOT making the handouts freely available. ------------------------------------,-------------------------------------- ---- Kerry Sainsbury, kerry@kcbbs.gen.nz | THE INFORMIX FAQ v2.10 May 1997 Quanta Systems, Auckland | http://www.iiug.org/techinfo/faq/ New Zealand.
