Hello We have Informix IDS 11.50FC5 on Solaris 10 Spark. I can see this messages at the online.log file but I can't realize how bad can it be that situation. Could anybody tell me some tips about what should I check on our system? Is this a recent upgrade to 11.50 from an earlier release? It sounds like the sysadmin data was not created correctly which sometimes happens during upgrades. Here's a link that explains who to rebuild sysadmin: https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/mydeveloperworks/blogs/idsteam/tags/sysadmin? lang=en Art Art S. Yes. It is an upgrade from 9.40. So. In any case, Is it safe to reconstruct sysadmin in a running productive environment? or should I take any special care? From the session that Lester Knutson did at the conference, it's just a bunch of SQL files in the folder $INFORMIXDIR/etc/sysadmin. The create script for the database could be modified to move the sysadmin database out of rootdbs (where it is created by default), but read the link Art provided. -Simon
Yes, it is safe. Art Art S.
