execution of Load command from SPL

Hi, Is it possible to execute LOAD command from a servlet, using JDBC. The Servlet is running on IIS, and the database server Informix is IDS 7.23 UC13 SCO 3.2v5.0.4. Alternatively, is there any possibility to excute the LOAD from with in a stored procedure or a workaround to achieve the same that is is there any LOAD command equivalence in a stored procedure.
